Bamboo Wood Pendant Light for Living Room

Wood Cage Pendant Light Birdcage Chandelier for a Warm Rustic Focal Point Overhead

Woven from slim natural wood strips into a rounded birdcage silhouette, this pendant light turns an ordinary ceiling spot into a warm, textural centerpiece. Hang it low over a bedside table, a reading nook, or a dining corner where you want the interplay of light and shadow that the open cage frame casts across the walls. Its open bottom lets the glow spill out freely, filling a 5 to 10 square meter space with a soft, inviting light rather than a harsh direct beam. Available in three cage sizes, from a compact 23 cm version to a larger 55 cm statement piece, so it scales from a single bedside fixture to a bolder living room or entry chandelier. The natural wood grain keeps the look grounded and organic, pairing easily with rattan and linen textures.

Questions about this product

Everything you need to know about this product.

What sizes does this pendant come in and where should I hang it?

It is offered in three cage diameters, roughly 23 cm, 45 cm, and 55 cm, each paired with a 120 cm cord you can trim to the height you need. The smaller size suits a single bedside or reading nook fixture, while the larger cages work well as a statement piece over a dining table or in an entryway.

Will the wood cage look like the photos in person?

Yes, the open birdcage weave and natural wood tone shown in the photos are accurate, though every piece has its own subtle grain pattern and slight color variation since it is a natural material. Lighting in your room will also affect how warm or light the wood appears once it is installed.

How is this pendant light installed?

It mounts to the ceiling using its adjustable 120 cm cord, so you can set the exact hanging height above a bed, table, or seating area. A licensed electrician should wire and secure the base for a safe, level install, after which it operates as a fixed ceiling fixture with remote control switching.

How do I care for the natural wood cage and is it moisture rated?

Dust the strips with a dry or lightly damp cloth and avoid soaking or scrubbing the wood, since it is left in a raw natural finish rather than sealed. With an IP20 rating, this fixture is meant for dry indoor rooms only, such as bedrooms, living rooms, and dining areas, not bathrooms or damp spaces.

What bulb does it use and can it be dimmed?

It takes a standard E27 base bulb rated at 12 watts on AC 85 to 265V power, and the included remote control handles on off switching from anywhere in the room. Dimming support is available on request when you place your order, so let us know if a dimmable setup matters for your space.

What are the shipping and return terms?

Every order ships free with no minimum purchase required, and we prepare it for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days along with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. If it is not the right fit, you have a 30-day return window from delivery to send it back using a free prepaid label.

Wood Cage Pendant Light Cord Detail

Natural Wood Cage Fixture with Adjustable Cord, Remote Control, and Simple Ceiling Mount

Each strip is cut from natural bamboo wood and left in its raw finish, so the grain and slight color variation you see are part of the material, not a flaw. Dust it regularly with a dry or barely damp cloth and keep it away from steam or standing water, since the open weave is not sealed against moisture. Installation is ceiling mounting, the cage hangs from a 120 cm cord that can be adjusted to set the drop height, and a licensed electrician should wire the mount for a safe hang. It runs on a standard E27 base at 12 watts on AC 85 to 265V power, with a remote control for on off switching, and dimming available on request when you order.
