Melt Pendant Light Adjustable Cord Installation

Metal Pendant Light with Sculptural Lava Textured Finish for Dining and Entryway

This metal pendant light brings a sculptural, lava textured surface into your dining room, living room, or entryway, catching the light with a rippled, molten looking finish that reads as a genuine art piece overhead. The shade suspends from an adjustable cord or chain, so you can set the drop to suit a low dining table, a tall entry ceiling, or a cozy reading nook beside a sofa. As the bulb warms up, light plays across the uneven texture and casts a soft, flickering glow across the walls and ceiling rather than a flat wash, giving the room a layered, atmospheric feel in the evening. Hang it solo over a side table for a quiet accent or cluster a few together above a kitchen island for a bolder, gallery style statement that still feels warm and inviting.

Questions about this product

Everything you need to know about this product.

How big is this pendant light and where does it fit best?

This pendant hangs from an adjustable cord or chain, so you can set the drop to fit a dining table, kitchen island, or entryway with a standard ceiling height. It works well as a single statement fixture over a small table or grouped above a longer island. Measure your ceiling height and desired clearance before ordering to confirm the cord length suits your room.

Does it look like the photos in person?

Yes, the listing photos show the true rippled, lava inspired texture and metal finish of this pendant, including the play of light and shadow across its surface. Lighting in your room and the bulb you choose can shift how warm the glow appears, and slight texture variation between units is normal given the hand finished surface, but the shape and finish match what is pictured.

How does this pendant light mount and install?

This fixture is designed to mount to the ceiling using its included hardware and an adjustable cord or chain, making it a true ceiling pendant rather than a wall or table piece. A licensed electrician should wire it to an existing junction box and set the hanging height to suit your space, whether over a dining table, kitchen island, or entryway.

How do I clean and care for the finish?

Dust the metal shade regularly with a soft, dry cloth, and use a barely damp microfiber cloth for fingerprints or light grime, drying it right away. Avoid ammonia based cleaners, solvents, or abrasive pads, since they can dull the lava inspired texture over time. This fixture is designed for indoor use in dry living spaces, away from bathrooms or steam.

What bulb does it use and is it dimmable?

The listing does not specify a fixed wattage or bulb base, so choose a bulb that fits a standard household fitting and stays within the wattage printed on the fixture label. The bulb is not included, giving you flexibility to pick your preferred brightness. For adjustable brightness, select a dimmable bulb and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch.

What are shipping and returns like?

Every order ships free with no minimum purchase required, and we prepare each pendant light for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse you receive a tracking link by email. If it is not the right fit, you have a 30-day return window from delivery with a free prepaid return label, and our team replies within 2 business days.

Metal Pendant Light Artistic Statement Ceiling Fixture

Metal Pendant Light Crafted with Lava Texture Finish and Adjustable Ceiling Mount

Up close, the metal shade carries a rippled, lava inspired texture, giving every angle a slightly different play of light and shadow rather than a smooth shell. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or barely damp microfiber cloth, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could dull the finish over time. This fixture mounts to the ceiling using its included hardware, with an adjustable cord or chain letting you fine tune the hanging height once wired in, so a licensed electrician can set it exactly where you want. Pair it with a bulb that fits a standard household fitting and matches the wattage on the fixture label, choosing a dimmable bulb with a compatible dimmer switch for adjustable brightness.
