Rustic Wood Lantern for Garden Decor

Solar Portable Lantern with Wood Body and Aluminum Handle for Gardens and Patios

This portable lantern charges itself through a small solar panel during the day and switches on automatically once it gets dark, so there is no cord to run and no switch to remember at dusk. The body is built from wood with a smooth, warm texture, finished off with an aluminum handle that makes it easy to carry from a porch shelf to a patio table or set along a garden path. Inside, a 5 watt LED gives off a warm white 3000K glow, gentle enough to sit beside a seating area without glaring, and it covers roughly 10 to 15 square meters around wherever you place it. Its rustic modern style suits gardens, lawns, patios, and pathways, and because it needs no wiring, you can move it around the yard as the seasons or your gatherings change.

Questions about this product

Everything you need to know about this product.

What size is this lantern and where does it fit best

This lantern measures about 7.8 by 15.7 inches, a compact size easy to carry by its aluminum handle from a shelf to a patio table or a spot along a garden path. It covers roughly 10 to 15 square meters of light around its placement, making it a good fit for lawns, garden borders, walkways, and seating areas that could use a soft evening glow.

Does the lantern look as rustic in person as in the photos

Yes, the wood body and aluminum handle shown in the photos match the physical lantern, and the warm white glow it gives off at night is consistent with what is pictured. Natural wood grain can vary slightly piece to piece, giving each lantern a bit of its own character, while the overall rustic modern shape and finish stay true to the listing.

How do I set up and place this lantern

There is no wiring involved, you simply place the lantern outdoors in direct sunlight during the day so its solar panel can charge fully, then it turns on automatically once it gets dark. Move it anywhere around the yard, patio, or garden path as needed since it plugs into nothing and runs entirely on stored solar power.

How do I clean it and can it stay outside in the rain

Wipe the wood body with a dry cloth to keep it looking fresh, and keep the aluminum handle clear of dirt so it moves smoothly when you carry it. With an IP20 rating, this lantern is best suited to covered outdoor spaces or light exposure rather than direct rain, so bring it under an overhang during heavy storms to protect the wood and electronics.

What light source does it use and is it dimmable

The lantern has an integrated 5 watt LED that produces a warm white 3000K glow, and there is no separate bulb to buy since the light source is built into the fixture. It is not listed as dimmable, instead switching on automatically at dusk once it has charged through the day, giving a steady, consistent glow through the evening.

What are the shipping and return terms

Every order ships free with no minimum purchase required, and your lantern is prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days with a tracking link sent once it leaves the warehouse. If it does not suit your outdoor space, you have a 30-day return window from the delivery date with a free prepaid return label, and our team replies within 2 business days of any question.

Solar Lantern Light Fixture Detail

Aluminum-Handled Wood Lantern with Solar Charging and No-Wiring Portable Setup

The lantern combines a wood body with an aluminum carrying handle, chosen for a warm, rustic look that still feels sturdy enough to move around the yard often. Wipe the wood with a dry cloth and keep the handle free of grit, and bring the lantern under cover during heavy storms since it suits light outdoor exposure rather than direct downpours. There is no wiring involved, you simply set it outdoors in direct sunlight during the day so the solar panel can charge fully, and it turns on automatically once night falls. The integrated 5 watt LED needs no separate bulb and no external power source, running on the sunlight it collects.
