Is the bulb included?

Order an E27 lamp with it. The fitting ships without one. A frosted lamp is the better choice here, because the weave opens at the base and a clear filament shows from below where people are sitting.

How big is it?

15.7 inches across and 11.8 inches deep. That is small for a ceiling fitting, which is the point: it suits a round breakfast table, a run of counter, or one place in a row of three above a longer table.

How low can it hang?

You set the drop at install. Over a table, put the bottom of the shade about 30 to 36 inches above the top, which keeps the light on the food and the shade out of the sightline across the table.

Is there more than one size?

One size and one natural finish. That keeps the decision simple, and it also means the 15.7 inch width has to suit the spot, so mark it out on the table or the counter with tape before you settle on it.

Can I hang several in a row?

Yes. Three above a run of tables is the arrangement it suits. Allow at least the shade width again between centers, or the waists crowd each other and the row reads as one mass rather than three shades.

How do I clean the wicker?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
