The 12.6 inch saucer spreads light widest and suits a worktop, while the 5.1 inch cone throws a narrow pool and works as an accent or over a bar. The bell sits between the two and is the safest single choice.

Smoked or white glass?

Smoked lets the bulb show as a warm shape through the shade and suits a filament lamp. White hides the source completely and gives a softer, more even pool, which is the better pick above a work surface.

What bulb goes in it?

An E26 or E27 screw bulb, not supplied. Behind smoked glass a clear filament lamp is worth the money since you can see it; behind white glass a plain frosted LED does the same job for less.

Is the wood solid?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
