Four Lengths of the Same Line, Which Is How a Hallway Gets Rhythm Without Downlights
The fitting is a lit rod held on a round hub, and the only real decision is how long you want the line to be: 23.6, 31.5, 39.4 or 47.2 inches. Hung vertically they set a rhythm down a hallway or a staircase, and two of different lengths beside a doorway look deliberate in a way that a matched pair never does. The rod is 3.9 inches deep, lit along one face, in black or gold. A battery inside and a USB-C port under the hub mean no cable in the wall and no electrician.
