How far does the barrel move?

Will the adhesive pad hold it?

On smooth plaster, tile or painted board it holds this weight comfortably, since the whole fitting is only about a pound. On textured or papered walls, use the two screws instead. Both fixings come in the box, so you can decide once the light is in your hand.

How long does a charge last?

The 2000 mAh cell gives about 4 hours at full output and stretches to around 24 hours on a low setting. Charging is over USB-C and takes roughly 3 hours. Most people top it up while it is still on the wall, cable hanging for an afternoon.

Can I put several in a row?

That is a common way to use them. Three pucks spaced along a hallway or above a shelf give pools of light without a single cable in the wall, and because each one switches and dims on its own you can leave one on as a night light.

Which light color does it give?

Three settings cycle from the button, warm 3000K, neutral 4000K and cool 6000K. Warm suits a bedside or a hallway at night, neutral keeps paper and fabric looking true at a desk, and the cool setting sharpens detail on a work surface.

Does it get hot?

The body stays comfortable to touch. It is a low wattage LED with an aluminum housing that spreads the heat, so you can turn the barrel by hand after an evening of use without waiting for it to cool down.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
