A Remote in the Room, a Battery in the Bar, No Box in the Wall
A gold tube on a bracket, run from a battery and controlled from across the room. There is no cord, no plug and no junction box: the cell inside charges over USB, the fitting goes up on screws or on adhesive, and a wireless remote handles on, off and brightness without anyone reaching the bar. A touch sensor on the body does the same job up close, and a timer switches it off so a forgotten light does not empty the cell overnight. Three lengths, 16.9, 22.8 and 28.7 inches, at about 8W, 11W and 14W. Two reach options at the same price: a short yoke that sits 5.5 inches off the wall for ordinary frames, and a jointed arm at 11 inches for deep ones.

- To confirm: The two reach options carry the same price at every length, so the choice is purely about how far the frame stands off the wall and not about cost
- To confirm: Runtime is quoted at about 4 hours on a full charge at a normal brightness. Dimming the bar stretches that, and a bar left on full will fall short of it, so treat 4 hours as the middle of a range and not as a floor
