This one is built from four separate petals of woven linen laid over each other on a wood collar, and the overlaps are not sealed. Warm light comes through the weave, which is expected, but it also slips out along every seam where one petal crosses the next, so the shade draws its own lines when it is switched on. Under the rim the lamp is visible the way a filament lamp should be, and above the collar the arm stays dark. The result is a shade that changes completely between day and night rather than simply going bright.

Is the shade real fabric?

An E26 or E27 lamp, not included. A warm 2700K filament lamp suits the period shape and shows under the rim the way the photographs do. A frosted LED is the quieter choice if you sit directly beneath it.

Which shade tone should I choose?

The light brown keeps the woven texture visible and reads warmer against pale plaster. The dark brown reads closer to the black arm, so the fitting becomes one dark silhouette and the light under the rim does the talking.

How do I clean it?

Let the lamp cool. Dust the fabric petals with a soft brush, working from the collar outward, and keep water off the weave. Wipe the black arm and the wood collar with a barely damp cloth and dry them at once.

It rises off a slim plate, curves over, and sets the shade 65 cm away from the wall, which means the light lands in the room rather than down the plaster behind it. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.
