Which plug do I get?

Choose US, UK or EU at order. The fitting runs on AC 110-240V, so the same lamp works on either voltage and only the plug changes. There is no AU option on this model.

How far does the head turn?

Far enough to be useful rather than far enough to be a task arm. The black knuckle lets the barrel swing side to side and tilt up and down, so you can drop the beam onto a page, push it along the wall, or aim it up. It holds where you set it and moves by hand.

Which lamp should I use?

An E26 or E27 lamp, not included. A warm 2700K to 3000K lamp keeps the travertine honey rather than gray. On the build where the globe stands proud of the barrel, a frosted globe lamp is the one to fit, since the lamp itself is part of what you look at.

Will the stone match the photographs?

Close, not identical. Travertine forms with voids and bands of color, so the pitting shifts from one barrel to the next. On a piece this plain that variation is most of what you see.

How do I clean it?

Let the lamp cool. Dust the travertine dry and lift marks with a barely damp cloth, drying at once, and keep acidic cleaners off the stone. Wipe the walnut disc along the grain and wipe the lead down with a dry cloth.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
