The 16.5 inch arm is 4.7 inches wide and draws about 15 watts. The 19.2 inch arm is 6.6 inches wide and draws about 30 watts. Both stand only 2 inches from the wall.

Are the crystal points natural stone?

Write to us and we will confirm in writing whether the points on the pair you want are natural quartz or cut crystal glass. Both behave the same way on a wall, throwing small sharp highlights across it, so the choice is about how you want to describe the piece rather than how it looks lit.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. Each arm is hardwired to its own wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. A pair therefore needs two boxes, which is the part people discover late and pay for twice.

Can it go in a bathroom?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
