Is the bulb included?

Yes, one standard bulb comes with the lamp. It is not a dimmable bulb. If you want to dim it, fit a dimmable E26 bulb and connect the lamp to a dimmer.

How high should I mount it in a child's room?

Above the reach of a standing child, usually 5 to 6 feet from the floor above a bed or a changing table. The bulb gets warm, and the arm is not a handle.

Can it work as a night light?

With a low wattage warm bulb, yes. Swap in a 2 to 4 W LED bulb for a soft glow through the night. The included bulb is brighter and better suited to reading at bedtime.

Which animal should I choose?

Pick by the room's colors. The zebra has a blue plate and suits blue or neutral rooms. The tiger has a red plate and a bright orange face. The monkey has a green plate and a brown face. Siblings often take one each.

Where is the switch?

A push button on the lamp itself. A child can reach it only if the lamp is low, so for young children plan on switching it at the wall.

Is it only for young children?

The characters appeal to toddlers through early school years. For a teenager, choose something plainer. It also works well in a playroom.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
