Two Cones Either Side of the Window Do What One Ceiling Fixture Cannot Over a Sink

How high above a counter should it go?

Set the bottom of the shade roughly 18 to 24 inches above the counter, high enough to clear upper cabinets and low enough to keep the light on the work surface. Higher than that and the pool of light spreads and weakens.

Which bulb suits a kitchen?

One E26 bulb per shade, not included. A 2700K to 3000K LED keeps the light warm while still showing food colors honestly. Cooler bulbs above 4000K read clinical over a wood counter and flatten skin tones at a sink.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch, so there is no cord and no outlet involved. If the wall carries no box, budget for that work before you budget for the fixture.

Can it go in a bathroom?

The rating is IP20, which means no protection against water, so it belongs in dry rooms only. Over a kitchen sink it is fine because the spray is low and occasional. In a shower room or above a tub it is not.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
