Horizontal runs measure 19.7 inches with 4 discs, 28.3 inches with 6 and 37.4 inches with 8, all 11 inches tall. Vertical runs stay under 15 inches wide and climb from 17.7 to 39.4 inches.

How far does it stand from the wall?

4.3 inches on every version, which is shallow enough to clear a headboard and a stack of pillows. That depth is also why it works on a landing or a hallway wall where people pass close to it.

Are the discs identical?

That is deliberate. They come in 3.9, 5.9 and 7.9 inch diameters and are shaped and glazed by hand, so the petal texture and the tone vary from one to the next across a single fitting.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. Decide the layout and the height before the box is set, because a horizontal run and a vertical run need the supply in different places.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. Glazed ceramic and exposed G4 sockets are not a pairing for a steamy room, so keep it to dry bedrooms, hallways and living rooms.

A 4 disc vertical run is 13.8 inches wide and 17.7 inches tall. An 8 disc vertical cascade stays under 15 inches wide but climbs to 39.4 inches. That shape suits the walls a horizontal fitting cannot take: the pier beside a door, the return wall at the top of a stair, the strip between a window and a corner. How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
