Do I need an electrician?

The bracket takes two screws and the cord plugs into a standard US outlet, with an on and off switch on the cord. That is the reason this version exists beside the hardwired one.

How long is the cord?

About 6 feet to the plug, with the switch on the way. Measure from the bracket position to the outlet before you fix the height, because 6 feet disappears quickly on a tall wall.

One head or two, and which side?

One head suits a narrow wall at 2.4 inches wide. The two head layout is 5.9 inches wide and comes left or right handed, so a pair either side of a bed mirrors rather than repeating.

Which bulb does it take?

One G9 bi pin LED bulb per head, not included. A warm white bulb between 2700K and 3000K keeps the alabaster warm and lets the veining read as darker lines through the glow.

Can I hide the cord?

Yes. A paintable cord cover run down the wall to the outlet takes the drop out of view in an afternoon. Plan the route before mounting, since the bracket decides where the cord lands.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water, and there is a cord and a plug in the circuit. Alabaster is porous and stains permanently from steam as well.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
