It is 28 cm across the bottom of the shade and 43 cm tall. That is a nightstand, dresser or side table height: the shade sits below eye level when you are standing and close to eye level when you are sitting, which is where a bell shade works. Allow a surface at least 35 cm deep so the shade is not overhanging the edge.

What is the difference between the walnut and the black?

Only the base. The dark walnut keeps the wood grain visible through the finish and warms up against the beige shade, which is the more traditional of the two. The black turns the same turned shape into a dark graphic silhouette under a pale shade, which reads more current in a light room. Shade, size and fitting are identical.

Is a bulb included?

How do I clean the shade and the base?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
