Which bulb does it take?

One E26 bulb, LED or filament, not included. A 2700K filament bulb gives the warm glow of an old coach lantern.

Is it rated for rain?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. It suits an open porch, a pillar or a garden wall. Do not submerge it.

How big is it?

16.9 inches tall with 9.4 inches of projection. That is a standard size for a front door of about 80 inches.

How high should I mount it?

Set the middle of the lantern about 66 inches above the step, or slightly above eye level on a pillar.

What does the ribbed glass do?

The ribs break up the shape of the bulb and spread the light, so you see an even glow rather than a bright point.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
