A Tube Under Three Inches Wide Can Be Repeated Where a Wide Shade Cannot

What bulb does it take?

An E14 small screw bulb, not supplied, which is the candle size sold in any hardware shop. A slim LED candle lamp is the right fit for the narrow tube, and a warm one suits the copper better than a cool one.

How many should hang together?

Three above a sideboard or five along a bar is where this shape makes sense, spaced about 16 inches apart. On its own it works beside a bed or in a corner, where a small point of light is all that is needed.

What do the facets do?

They catch the light along the length of the tube so it sparkles rather than glows, which is most of the reason to choose crystal glass over plain. The effect is strongest with a clear filament lamp inside it.

Clear or smoke gray?

Clear sparkles hardest and shows the lamp, which suits a dining room or a bar. Smoke gray is quieter and hides more of the source, so it reads better beside a bed or in a room that is already busy.

Does the copper darken?

Polished copper takes a patina over the years, slowly in a bedroom and faster in a kitchen. A dry cloth keeps it even, and polish will eventually wear the finish, so it is worth avoiding.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
