Does the base really charge a phone?

Yes. A coil sits under the center of the walnut disc, marked by a small engraved symbol, and a phone that supports wireless charging will charge laid flat on that spot. A thick case or a metal plate for a magnetic mount can stop it working.

What is the USB port for?

It is set into the rim of the base and takes a cable for a second device, such as earbuds or a watch, or for a phone that does not charge wirelessly. It runs from the same plug that powers the lamp.

Which bulb does it take?

A standard E26 or E27, LED or Edison, not included. The pleated shade is open at the top and the bottom, so a clear Edison bulb will be visible from a low seat; a frosted bulb keeps the glare down.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
