Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired, with the supply coming through the wall into the rectangular plate and a common push switch driving it. The switch is not supplied, so it is wired back to the circuit the room already has.

Can it go in a bathroom?

The rating is IP20, so it has no protection against water. Keep it clear of the shower and of direct spray, and wipe condensation off the shade rather than letting it dry on.

The width follows the glass: 17.7 inches over a round or single mirror, 25.6 inches over a wide one or a double vanity. The finish follows the metal already in the room. How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
