Can it stay out in the rain?

Yes. It is rated IP65, which means dust tight and protected against water jets from any direction. Do not submerge it or aim a sprinkler at it for long periods.

What are the panels made of?

They read as alabaster: veined and cream when off, glowing amber when lit. Write to us if the exact material has to appear on a specification and we will put it in writing.

Warm or cool white?

Warm white at 3000K gives the amber glow seen in most photos and suits brick, wood and stone. Cool white at 6000K reads whiter and crisper on concrete or modern render.

How high should I mount it?

Beside a front door, set the center of the light about 66 inches above the step so it sits near eye level. On a long garden wall, keep the same height and space several at even intervals.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and switched from inside or from a wall switch near the door.

Can I replace the light source?

The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to change. Integrated LEDs are rated for many years of normal use.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
