Flat Facets Instead of a Curve, So the Shade Throws Hard Edges of Light Rather Than a Halo
A curved shade spreads light smoothly and leaves no edges. This one is cut into flat facets that meet at sharp lines, so each plane takes a different share of the output and the shade reads as a faceted stone rather than a glass bowl. At 6.3 inches across and 10.6 inches tall it is a small fitting, made to hang in twos and threes or as a single accent in an entry. The LED is supplied and the light color is chosen at the order, including a version that cycles through three.
