Look at the opening the fitting drops through. A round stairwell takes the round plate, a square void takes the square, and the bar suits a well that is long and narrow, typically one running alongside a straight flight. All three carry the same spheres, only the plate and the spread change.

How heavy is the large version?

The thirty six light models weigh about 128 lbs because the spheres are solid crystal rather than hollow glass. That is a structural fixing into a joist or a steel plate, not a standard ceiling box, so tell your electrician the size before the install day. The three and seven light versions sit at 9 and 21 lbs and go up on an ordinary fixture box.

Are the bulbs included?

Every sphere arrives with its G4 LED already fitted, so the fitting lights the moment it is wired. G4 is a standard pin base sold in any hardware store, which keeps replacements easy years from now.

Will it throw light patterns on the walls?

Solid crystal refracts, so each sphere sends small bright points onto the surrounding surfaces, strongest on a pale wall within a few feet. In a wide hall the effect is subtle; in a narrow stairwell it is the main reason people choose this one over a plain glass cluster.

Can the drop be shortened?

The steel wires are cut on site, so a 98.4 inch fitting can be hung much shorter if your void is smaller than planned. Going longer is not possible without new wires, which is why it is safer to order the size whose drop exceeds your measurement.

Does the chrome mark?

The frame is polished chrome, which shows fingerprints during installation and wipes clean with a dry cloth afterwards. Avoid wet cleaning near the holders, since water sitting on a G4 socket is the one thing that shortens a bulb's life here.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
