Is it made for exposed walls?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. The stainless steel frame is chosen for outdoor use. Do not submerge it.

Why ribbed acrylic?

The ribs break the light into fine lines and hide the LED, so the lantern glows evenly without a bright spot. Clear acrylic is also lighter and tougher than glass on an outdoor wall.

How big is it?

20.1 inches tall, 7.7 inches wide and 7.1 inches deep. Beside a standard front door it reads as a substantial lantern without crowding the frame.

What color is the light?

The version sold here is 3000K warm white.

How high should I mount it?

Beside a door, set the middle of the lantern about 66 inches above the step. For a garage, place it 6 to 12 inches above the top of the door frame.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, it is usually in transit for about 7 to 10 days. This is an estimate and can occasionally be longer depending on the destination country and the carrier handling your parcel.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you do not see it, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
