The Band Is Lit Along Its Whole Length, So the Curve Is the Light Itself

A curved metal arm with a bulb at one end is a shape with a light attached. Here the silicone band winding around the rod is lit from inside along its entire length, so the curve and the light are the same object. There is no visible source anywhere on the piece and no hot spot, which is what lets it sit at eye level in a hallway or beside a bed without becoming tiring. Which length should I choose?

23.6 inches for a bedside or a console, 35.4 inches for a hallway or a sofa wall, and 47.2 inches for a staircase or a double height entry where a shorter piece would float.

Is the band rigid or adjustable?

It is molded silicone on a fixed frame, so it holds its curve and is not adjusted after mounting. What you see in the photographs is the shape it keeps for good.

How far does it stand from the wall?

About 3 inches on every length, and all three are 9.8 inches wide. The footprint does not grow with the height, which is what keeps the long version usable in a stairwell.

Is there a bulb to replace?

The LED is integrated at 3000K warm white and runs inside the band along its whole length. Nothing is opened, matched or replaced once the fitting is mounted on the wall.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. On the 47.2 inch version the box position sets the whole composition, so agree it before the wiring.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. The silicone band would cope, but the fitting is not sealed and the LED behind it is not built for a steamy room.

At 23.6 inches the spiral is a bedside or console accent. At 35.4 inches it holds a hallway or a sofa wall. At 47.2 inches it becomes a full height piece for a staircase or a double height entry, where anything shorter would float. All three stay 9.8 inches wide and stand about 3 inches from the wall, so the footprint does not grow with the length. Brass warms a plaster or cream wall, black reads as a graphic line against pale paint. The band and the LED are the same in every version.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
