Can I dim this sconce?

The dimmable version can, using Triac dimming with a compatible wall dimmer, not included. The standard version is fixed output, so choose the dimmable one if it is going beside a bed.

Does the dome glare at eye level?

Which finish should I choose?

Gold warms cream paint and wood. Black keeps a hard edge against a pale wall. Chrome recedes into gray and picks up more of the room in its reflection than the other two.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. A column of three means three boxes, so set the spacing on paper before any wall is opened.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. A high gloss finish in a steamy room also shows every water spot, which is the first thing you would notice.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
