A Timber Look on a Steel Handle, and the Reason Matters
The handle looks like turned timber and is not. It is stainless steel finished by hydrographic printing, a process that wraps the metal in a grain pattern, so the lamp gets the warmth of wood with none of the swelling, splitting or annual oiling that real timber outdoors brings with it. Under it sits a frosted polycarbonate body that lights evenly across its whole surface. Three sizes from 11.8 to 18.1 inches tall, weighing 1.4 to 4.1 kilograms. Solar only, with a remote for dimming and color temperature. IP65.
