How tall does it sit on the post?

Which footprint fits a standard fence post?

The 9.8 inch on a nominal six inch timber post, the 11.8 inch on a rendered pillar around a foot across, and the 15.7 inch on a wide masonry pier. Measure the post itself rather than the cap currently on it.

Gray finish or black finish?

Gray disappears against concrete, render and pale stone. Black holds its outline against timber, dark cladding and a painted fence. Both take the same warm light, so the decision is entirely about the post underneath.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
