Why a bundle rather than a single tube?

Which length do I need?

About two thirds of the table or island length. A six foot table takes the 39.4 inch version, an eight foot table the 59 inch one, and the 71 inch bar suits a long island or a table for ten.

How does the color switching work?

Flicking the wall switch off and on moves the fitting to the next setting, so warm, natural and white are all available without a remote. The three fixed versions stay where they are and need no special switch.

How deep is it?

Five inches, which is shallow for a fitting of this width and the reason it works over a dining table in a room with an eight foot ceiling. Depth is what makes a long fitting feel heavy, more than length does.

Does the smoked glass cut the light?

The tint takes some output and softens the rest, so the room reads warmer rather than darker. If you want more light from the same fitting, the white 5000K version gives the brightest result through the same glass.

How is it cleaned?

Each tube wipes along its length with a damp cloth, which takes a few minutes on the longer versions. There is nothing between the tubes to trap dust, so once or twice a year is enough in a normal room.

Linear fittings get rejected far more often for their depth than their length, because a deep bar closes the view across a room with an eight foot ceiling. Keeping the bundle to five inches means the fitting hangs at the right height above a table while leaving the room open above it. Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
