How wide a table does it cover?

At 15.7 inches across it suits a table up to about four feet wide on its own and covers roughly 110 to 160 square feet of room. Over a longer table, two of them spaced evenly beat one shade trying to reach both ends.

Can it be dimmed?

The driver runs at fixed output, so a wall dimmer will hum or flicker rather than lower the level. Where a dimmed setting matters, put this on its own switch and let a lamp elsewhere in the room carry the evening light.

What is the drop?

The twin cables adjust up to 47.2 inches and are set at installation, which covers a normal eight or nine foot ceiling over a dining table. Aim for 30 to 36 inches between the tabletop and the bottom of the glass.

Does the cream glass look white?

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
