How deep is it?

5.7 inches on all three sizes, which is the number that matters here. The width goes from 19.6 to 27.5 inches but the depth never moves, so even the widest version sits close to the ceiling and clears head height in a normal room.

Which size over a dining table?

The six head at 23.6 inches for a table up to about 6 feet, the seven head at 27.5 inches beyond that. The four head is a bedroom or entry fitting rather than a table one.

How many lamps and what base?

Four, six or seven E27 lamps depending on the version, included. Because they are a standard base you can change the light later without changing the fitting, which is not true of the integrated LED models in this range.

Is it bright enough for a kitchen?

The seven head version is given as 105W across seven lamps, about 10500 lumens. That is a lot for a domestic room. The four head at 60W is closer to what most living rooms want.

Can it go on a sloped ceiling?

Yes, with the cables set for the pitch. It hangs on four fine cables from a single canopy, so on a slope each cable is cut to a different length to bring the ring back to level. Send us the angle of your ceiling and we set it up for your room.

Walnut or pale log?

Pale log keeps the ring quiet against a white ceiling and lets the globes carry the fitting. Walnut turns the ring into the visible part and reads warmer, which suits a room that already has dark wood in it.

If every globe sat at the same height this would be a circle of lamps and nothing more. The drops are cut short and long instead, so the glass masses toward the middle and the ring is read as a frame around it rather than as the fitting itself. The frosting does the rest: no filament shows anywhere, so a room with seven lamps in one fitting is still comfortable to lie under.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
