Can it go on an exposed wall?

Yes. It is rated IP65, dust tight and protected against water jets. The photos include it lit in the rain. Do not submerge it.

Which bulb looks right?

Any E26 bulb works, not included. A clear filament bulb at 2700K shows under the rim and gives the classic barn light glow. A frosted bulb hides the filament if you prefer a softer look.

How big is it?

The shade is 8.3 inches across and the arm reaches 9.8 inches from the wall. It is compact enough for a front door or a side entry and light enough for wood siding.

Where does the light go?

Mostly down. The cone aims the light onto the step, the path or the house number below it, with little spill up the wall.

Is the coffee gold finish shown?

The photos show black. Coffee gold is a warm brown gold tone. We send a photo of that finish before your order.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you an email containing a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you do not see it, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
