What exactly is rose gold here?

A warm pink toned metal finish on the loops, the same fitting as the gold version otherwise, and the same price. It is an uncommon finish in lighting, which is the main reason to choose this piece over a plain brass bar.

Can the LED be replaced?

The strip is built into each loop behind a silicone diffuser, so there is no lamp and no socket. When the LED ends, the fitting is replaced. That is the cost of a continuous lit line rather than a row of bulbs.

Is it dimmable?

Dimming is offered to order on this model rather than as standard, so we do not sell it as dimmable. Tell us and we will tell you what can be built for you.

Which length over an island?

About two thirds of the island length. A 39.4 inch fitting suits an island of about 5 feet, a 47.2 inch one of about 6 feet. The fitting is only 10.2 inches deep, so it does not crowd the work surface.

Brushed brass or stainless steel?

How low can it hang?

The cables run to 4.9 feet, which is generous, so the fitting can be dropped well down over a table or an island. Sloped ceiling mounting is answered on request rather than confirmed.

Ten Inches Deep on Every Length Is What Keeps This Fitting Out of the Way

The four lengths run from 31.5 to 59 inches, but the depth never changes: 10.2 inches on all of them. A linear fitting over an island or a table lives or dies on that number, because anything deeper sits in the sight line of whoever is standing on the other side. Ten inches keeps the loops above head height at any sensible drop and still leaves the cables free to be shortened. It also means the longest version reads as a line on the ceiling rather than as a mass hanging from it.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
