Is the stone real travertine?

Yes. The slab is yellow travertine, a natural stone. Its pores, veins and tone differ from one piece to the next, so your sconce will not match the photos exactly.

How bright is it?

It gives a soft ambient glow rather than a reading light. The ring lights the wall around it in a halo. Use it to mark a hallway, frame a console or add a warm layer in a living room.

What color is the light?

The model sold here is 3000K warm white. That tone flatters the cream and honey colors of the stone.

Can I change the LED?

The LED is built into the ring and is not a bulb you swap. Integrated LEDs are rated for many years of normal use.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and controlled from a standard wall switch, which is not included.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms, so a bedroom, hallway or living room wall is where it belongs. Steam and splashes are hard on natural stone, so a bathroom wants a damp rated fitting instead.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
