Is the panel real alabaster or marble?

It is resin made to look like veined stone. Resin is lighter than stone and holds up to rain and frost on an outdoor wall.

Which height should I choose?

Match the light to the wall. Beside a single door, 19.7 or 23.6 inches is enough. On a gate pillar or a tall blank wall, 31.5 inches and up keeps the proportion right.

What is the difference between Model A and Model B?

They come in different heights and frame details. The photos show one frame with a projecting top cap and a small brass tab and one plain frame.

Can it be used by a pool?

Yes, on the wall nearby. It is rated IP65, so splashes and rain are fine. Keep it out of the water and away from jets aimed straight at it.

What color is the light?

The version sold here is 3000K warm white, which brings out the cream tone of the panel.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to an outdoor rated junction box and runs from a wall switch.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
