Can it be mounted vertically?

Yes, and it is one of the better uses for it. Vertical beside a bed or a television, the long side of the bar draws the eye up and the hub falls at hand height, which puts the touch switch exactly where you reach for it.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
