What comes in the box for charging?

Why three short legs rather than a flat base?

They lift the body an inch or two clear of the surface, which keeps the widest part of the glow above the table top and stops water sitting under the lamp on a wet terrace. On uneven paving three legs also settle without rocking.

How are the light colors changed?

On the touch switch on the body, which steps through warm, neutral and cool. The remote dimmer handles the level. Both are useful on a lamp this size, because full output at close range on a table is more than most evenings want.

Is it heavy to carry?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
