How is it switched?

There is a switch on the plate itself, which makes the light independent of the room circuit. Write to us before you cut the wall and we will send you the recessed box dimensions it needs.

Can I aim the light?

Yes. The cylinder spot pivots out of the slot and turns, so the beam lands on a page rather than on the wall or across the bed. Folded back, it sits almost flush with the plate.

Is there a bulb to replace?

The LED is integrated at 3000K warm white. That keeps the body slim enough to recess, and it means the fitting is not opened again after the wall is made good.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes, and earlier than usual. It is hardwired and recessed, so the box, the cutout and the wiring all have to be agreed before the wall is closed rather than after.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. A recessed body also traps any moisture that reaches it inside the wall, where it is neither visible nor easy to dry out.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
