Alabaster is natural stone, so veining and tone differ from piece to piece. Ordering several for a corridor means several different patterns rather than one repeated.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. A row of four therefore means four boxes, which is worth pricing before you commit to the layout.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. Alabaster is porous and marks permanently from steam, so a bathroom costs the stone rather than just the finish.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
