What is the difference between the two sizes?

They are different shapes, not one outline scaled. The small is 7.9 inches wide and 11.8 tall, a taller oval. The large is 11.8 wide and 10.2 tall, a rounder stone. Mounted together they read as two stones.

Which size suits a narrow wall?

The small one. At 7.9 inches wide it fits a pier between windows, a stair return or the strip beside a door. The large needs clear wall around it and works better above a console or a bed.

Which bulb does it take?

One G9 bi-pin LED bulb, not included. A 2700K to 3000K bulb keeps the opal globe warm and lets the taupe glaze shift toward amber. A cooler bulb holds the glaze gray and loses that change.

Will the glaze look the same on both?

Close, not identical. Each dish is shaped and glazed by hand, so the depth of the taupe and the way it darkens at the rim vary. On a wall that variation is what keeps a pair from looking stamped out.

Does it need an electrician?

Yes. It is hardwired to a wall junction box and runs from a wall switch. There is no cord and no plug on this fitting, so the supply has to reach the spot before it is mounted.

Can it go in a bathroom?

It is rated IP20, with no protection against water. The glaze itself would survive, but the exposed G9 socket sitting in an open dish is not built for the moisture in a shower room.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.
