Do all five sizes look the same?

Is there a bulb to buy?

The LED is integrated behind the disc at a warm 3000K, so nothing is ordered separately and nothing is swapped later. Any work at the end of its life is a job for a qualified electrician.

Will the disc pattern match the photographs?

The veining shifts from one piece to the next, so the drawing on your disc will be its own. The frame, the size and the light output do not change, which is what keeps a pair or a row consistent.

How do I clean it?

Let it cool. Dust the disc with a soft dry cloth and lift marks with a barely damp one, drying at once and keeping it away from the edges where the panel meets the pins. Wipe the walnut along the grain.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
