A Flared Shade, a Cage and an Arm That Throws the Light Forward
The shape is the working barn fixture, kept honest. A curved arm carries the head away from the wall so the light falls in front of the fixture rather than down the render behind it. A wide flared shade caps the globe and pushes the output downward. A wire cage wraps the frosted globe, which on a real barn kept the glass from being knocked and here does the same job beside a garage door. A vented band sits under the shade. One size at 9.8 inches across, in black or a coffee gold. Iron, metal and glass, IP65.
