The Overlap Is What Separates This From a Ring With Stones Stuck on It

Lay stone panels side by side and you get a fence. Overlap them like scales and something else happens: each petal is lit through its own thickness and again through the one behind it, so the brightness doubles where they cross and falls away at the free edge. That gradient is what the eye reads as depth. It is also why the fixture looks different from every position in the room, because the overlaps that face you are not the ones that faced you from the last chair. A row of separate panels gives the same picture from anywhere. This one does not hold still, which is the whole argument for choosing it.

Questions about this product

Everything you need to know about this product.

Round or linear, how do I choose?

Take the shape of what is under it. A round table or a seating group takes the ring. A long table or a counter takes the bar. The two builds use the same petals, so a house can hold one of each without them arguing.

Are the petals really irregular?

They are. The stone is broken rather than cut at the outer edge, so the outline of each petal differs and no two fixtures are identical. If you want a shape that repeats exactly, this is not the piece to choose.

Which color temperature suits it?

Warm 3000K brings out the honey tones in the stone and suits a dining table. Cool 6000K pushes it toward gray and flattens the veining. The choice is made at the time of order on this model.

How far does it hang down?

The round build is 23.6 inches tall and the stem adds up to 7.9 inches, so plan on roughly 32 inches below the ceiling. The linear build is taller at 31.4 inches, which is worth checking against a low ceiling.

Is there a bulb to change?

The LED is integrated and there are no individual bulbs. That is what lets the petals sit close together with no lamp holders showing between them, and it means the fixture is one part rather than two.

How heavy is it?

From about 9.4 kg on the smallest round to about 24.3 kg on the largest. That is within reach of a well fixed ceiling box on the small sizes, but the 39.3 inch deserves a proper check of the fixing first.

The Edges Are Left Broken, and That Is a Decision Rather Than a Shortcut

Every outer edge on this fixture is a fracture face, not a cut one. Stone broken along its own grain leaves a rough translucent edge that catches light along its whole length, which is why the outline of the piece glows brighter than the middle of each petal. A sawn edge would be straight, matte and dark by comparison, and the fixture would read as a manufactured object rather than as material. The cost of the decision is that nothing repeats. Petal shapes differ, the outline is never symmetrical, and two of the same size will not match each other. That is the trade you accept when you buy the material rather than the shape.
