What is the difference between the two short bodies?

Only the frame. One is a plain rectangle and the other carries a raised bar across the top, which reads as a handle and gives the shorter body a little more presence beside taller planting.

Which size for a long path?

The 25.6 inch, because it throws further and needs fewer positions. Keep the 15 inch bodies for the places the eye lands on: a turn in the path, a step, the end of a run beside a bench.

Wired or solar on this one?

Wired keeps the inner face at the same level every night and draws about 10W. Solar suits a gravel garden or a water edge where a cable trench would mean lifting stone that is difficult to put back.

How is the wired build installed?

A cable is brought up under the base and terminated in a weatherproof connection, then the body is fixed down. The circuit is closed by an ordinary wall switch on the house side, which nobody supplies with the light itself.

Does it suit a water edge?

Beside water, yes, and the images show it that way. IP65 covers dust and jets of water from any side, which includes spray and rain. Do not immerse it or stand it where a pool can rise over the base.

The two 15 inch bodies are the same light in two different dress states, and the choice is about what stands behind them. The plain rectangle disappears into low planting and hard landscaping, where any extra line would compete with the paving joints. The barred version carries a raised bar across the top that reads as a handle, which gives the body a top edge and lets it hold its own in front of tall grasses or a screen where a plain rectangle would be swallowed. Same cutout, same output, same footprint. The bar costs nothing and it is the reason the range does not need a fourth size.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
