Modern Minimalist Pendant Light Layered Metal Discs

Nordic Pendant Light With Layered Metal Discs for Kitchens and Dining Areas

This pendant light builds its shade from layered metal discs stacked in a gentle tier, softening the bulb below into a warm, ambient glow rather than a direct glare. The look leans into Nordic simplicity, with clean curves and a restrained color palette that settles into a room instead of demanding attention. It suits a dining table where you want everyone gathered under an even wash of light, a kitchen island for casual meals, a living room corner, or even a small home workspace where you want a calmer overhead glow than a bright overhead fixture usually gives. The adaptable shape and neutral finish mean it fits comfortably alongside both modern furniture and warmer, more traditional pieces.

Questions about this product

Everything you need to know about this product.

How big is this pendant and where does it work best?

This pendant hangs from an adjustable cord and holds a stack of layered metal discs that spread light evenly across a table or seating area below. It suits kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, and even a home workspace, and the cord length can be set so the shade sits at a comfortable height above your surface.

Will it look like the photos and what are the discs made of?

Yes, the layered metal discs shown in the photos match the real fixture, with each layer formed from genuine metal rather than plastic. The finish has a smooth, consistent tone across the discs, and while lighting in a photo can shift color slightly, the shape and construction are exactly as pictured.

How does this pendant mount and does it need an electrician?

It mounts to the ceiling using the included bracket and hardware, hanging level once secured. Basic wiring skill helps for a smooth install, and if your room does not already have a ceiling fixture point, an electrician can add the wiring safely. Once mounted, the cord length sets your final hanging height.

How do I clean the layered discs?

Dust each disc with a soft, dry cloth, working carefully between the layers where dust tends to collect. Use a barely damp cloth only if a deeper clean is needed, drying the metal right away afterward. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, since they can dull the smooth finish on the metal discs.

What bulb does this pendant use and can I dim it?

It pairs with a standard bulb of your choice, which is not included, letting you choose the wattage and warmth that fits your space. If you want adjustable brightness, pick a dimmable bulb along with a compatible dimmer switch, which works well with the soft, layered light this fixture already produces.

What are your shipping and return terms?

Shipping is free with no minimum order, and each pendant is prepared within 1 to 2 business days before it ships out with a tracking link so you can watch its progress. If it is not quite right, you have a 30 day return window from delivery, and we send a free prepaid label for an easy return.

Layered Metal Disc Pendant, Ceiling Mounted, Simple Upkeep for Everyday Use

Each disc in the shade is formed from metal with a smooth, even finish, layered so light passing between them softens before it reaches the room. Dust the discs with a soft, dry cloth on a regular basis, working around each layer, and wipe with a barely damp cloth only if needed, drying it right away. It mounts to the ceiling using the included hardware, with the cord length letting you set the hanging height for a table, island, or seating area. It pairs with a standard bulb of your choice, not included, so you can select the warmth you want, and a dimmable bulb suits it well for adjustable brightness.
