A Glass Sphere Resting in a Folded Wood Corner
A small bracket of solid wood is folded into an L against the wall, and a white glass sphere sits in the corner of it. Nothing clamps the glass and nothing surrounds it. The whole fitting is 13.5 cm square, about the size of a grapefruit, which is what makes it useful: it goes in the places a normal sconce cannot, the strip beside a window reveal, the narrow wall between a door and a corner, the short run above a low headboard. Two wood finishes, a pale tone and a walnut, both with the same white sphere. The lamp is a G9, not included, and the glass hides it completely.
