Nine, one for each alabaster ball, all on G9 sockets. G9 is the small two pin base used across European decorative lighting and it does not accept E26 or E27 screw bulbs. The maker does not state whether the bulbs are included, so count on buying nine capsules before installation.

How wide is the fixture?

It measures 19.7 in across by 5.5 in high, or 50 by 14 cm, in one size only. The balls fill most of that square, which is why a fixture under 15 cm deep still reads as a substantial piece from the floor rather than as a flat panel.

What holds the balls up?

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
