Can the bulbs be changed?

The light is an integrated LED in the ring, so there is no socket and no lamp. The crystals are decorative rather than lamp holders. When the LED ends, the fitting is replaced.

What is the difference between leaf and water drop?

The shape of the crystals set into the crown, nothing else. Leaf crystals are flat and elongated and throw broader highlights. Water drops are rounder and sparkle in tighter points. Same price, same ring.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?
