How does the color switching work?

Flicking the wall switch off and on within a second moves the fitting to the next setting, so no remote and no special dimmer are needed. The three fixed color versions skip that and stay where they are.

Which length do I need?

About two thirds of the table length is the figure that works. A nine foot table takes the 65 inch bar, a twelve foot table the 98 inch one, and anything shorter than seven feet is better served by the 48.8 inch version.

Why ribbed glass rather than plain?

Ribs break the lit surface into vertical bands, so the bar reads as a line of bright and dark stripes instead of one flat glowing tube. Across eight feet that texture is what keeps the fitting from looking like a strip light.

How many suspension points?

Two on the shorter versions and three on the longest, which keeps a bar this length straight under its own weight. Each one needs a fixing into a joist or a structural anchor.

How high above the table?

Thirty to thirty six inches from the tabletop to the bottom of the glass, which keeps the light on the table and the bar above the sight line across it. The cords arrive long and are cut at installation.

Is the LED replaceable?

The tube is built in and rated for about 25,000 hours. At the end of its life the bar is replaced rather than a lamp, which is the usual trade on an integrated fitting of this length and the reason the output is specified rather than left to a bulb.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
