Which length should I choose?

The shorter version is 120 by 35 cm, or 47.2 by 13.8 in, and draws around 63W. The longer is 150 by 35 cm, or 59.1 by 13.8 in, and draws around 83W. Both are the same width, so the choice follows the length of the table or the corridor the fixture has to cover.

How heavy is it?

The 120 cm version weighs 10 kg and the 150 cm version weighs 15 kg. Those are substantial figures for a ceiling fixture, so the ceiling box and its fixing need to be rated for the weight before installation, and a licensed electrician should make the connection.

Can it be mounted on a wall?

The maker lists mounting as ceiling or wall for this model, so it can be run horizontally along a wall as well as across a ceiling. The hardwired connection is the same either way, and the wall box has to carry the same weight as a ceiling box would.

What color temperatures are available?

Three, from the integrated LED: warm light at 3000K, neutral light at 4000K and cool light at 6000K. Warm suits a dining room in the evening, neutral reads cleaner in a hallway with daylight, and cool is the brightest of the three. The choice is made when the order is placed.

Does it take bulbs?

No. The light source is an integrated LED running the length of the fixture behind the acrylic diffuser, so there is no bulb to fit at installation and none to replace later. That is also what allows the body to stay slim across 120 or 150 cm.

Is it suitable for a covered terrace?

No, it is not. The rating is IP20, damp-rated and not waterproof, for indoor use only, so an outdoor or semi outdoor position is outside what the fixture is built for. A dining room, a living room or a hallway is where it belongs.

Because the LED is built in, the color temperature is set at manufacture rather than swapped later with a different bulb, which makes the choice worth thinking through. Warm light at 3000K leans amber and suits a dining room used mainly in the evening. Neutral light at 4000K sits closer to daylight and holds up better in a hallway or an open plan room that gets sun through the day. Cool light at 6000K is the brightest of the three and reads cleanest over a work surface. Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items. To start, email us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. On approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please note that a return should never be sent to the manufacturer's address; only to the address our team provides.

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if you can, then contact us at support@orodwell.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritise your request and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, before it has been processed, we will refund you right away. After an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process described above.
